The nature of digital products — All items are delivered via email or WhatsApp. Once a product key or activation code is dispatched, it is considered "used" in the industry, as we cannot revoke access to the alphanumeric string.

Refund eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements strictly under these conditions:

📮 Non‑delivery: If you do not receive your code within the promised timeframe (usually 48 hours), you are entitled to a full refund.
⚠️ Invalid / faulty keys: If the code provided is invalid or "already used" at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund.
⏳ You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to report a faulty key.
🔄 Double purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice in one transaction, we will refund the duplicate.

Non‑refundable scenarios not eligible

🧾 Changed mind: You changed your mind after the code was delivered.
💻 Incompatibility: The software is incompatible with your hardware / operating system. (Buyer responsibility to check system requirements.)
🌍 Wrong region‑locked key: e.g. buying a "USA Only" key for use in Europe.
🏷️ Better price: You found a better price elsewhere after the purchase.

How to request a replacement

If you encounter an issue with your code, follow these steps:

Capture evidence: Take a clear screenshot of the error message you receive when attempting to activate the code.
Contact support: Send the screenshot along with your Order ID to 📧 [support@prosoftzone.in] or our 📱 WhatsApp Support: +91 8903277449
Verification: Our team will verify the key status with the developer/distributor. This process typically takes 12–24 hours.

✔️ Please include your Order ID and error screenshot – this helps us speed up the replacement.

Refund processing

⏱️ Once a refund is approved:

It will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

Refunds are only issued after approval and verification. You will receive a confirmation email.
